MATTHIAS NIENHAUS

Founder of WPMN

Matthias Nienhaus is an auditor and Executive Master of Accounting & Taxation at the Mannheim Business School. Matthias studied in Münster (GER), Mannheim (GER) and Hull (UK).

Matthias has more than 16 years of professional experience in finance, including more than 10 years in auditing and transaction services at AC CHRISTES & PARTNER and KPMG. He therefore knows the audit and advisory side as well as the corporate side, where he was particularly active in investment controlling and M&A.

In recent years, Matthias has specialised primarily in advising PEs, strategic investors and start-ups. In addition to classic financial & tax due diligence services, Matthias focusses on offering comprehensive advice in developing the finance function (group/accounting, conversion of group accounting to IFRS, operational, strategic and investment controlling) as well as the associated IT infrastructure, particularly as a follow on to completed transactions.
